Deck Revisited

Well we added a little to the deck this last weekend. My forewoman told me it looked more like a dock than a deck, so we added a little furniture to make it look more decklike. They rock and swivel!

First we bought this lovely furniture set from the DeVivo's who are moving to Australia in less than a month.


This baby ain't goin nowhere.

Then we (I) built this modern architectural masterpiece. It was originally going to be a privacy screen but we didn't want to totally kill the nice view from our deck so we changed it to a very sturdy bench.

This makes up for the fact we chopped down one of the hammock trees.

The overall effect removes some of the Dockiness and really makes for a comfortable backyard retreat. Come on over!
