Chillin with my Peeps

This past weekend was another one of those crazy busy weekends. We celebrated my ladies spring tennis season with a party Friday evening. Then Peter and I rocked the tennis courts Saturday morning for our mixed doubles. Not together, though. This season we've decided to play with new partners. It's worked out well. Peter and his partner played against two tiny tots and WON! Ok, they weren't "tiny tots" per say, but they were barely 18. From what we gathered, these kids were the opposing team's ringers and Peter and Raquel won! My partner and I won as well. Our match was quite a bit easier and we won pretty quickly . . . thankfully. It was a balmy 90+ degree day. Actually, the high on Saturday was 97 degrees. Gotta love Atlanta summers!

Then that afternoon we had some of my friends from high school and their spouses and kids over. The kids played, we grilled out dinner, and enjoyed a few adult beverages. It was so much fun!
