We went to go sit on Santa's lap yesterday, and the kids were so excited . . .
Well, Maddie more so than Mason
What? Mom's in the picture? Mason took one look at Santa and high-tailed it the other way (downside to having a running 1 year old). The death grip began and thus I ended up with Santa and the kids. But no, that didn't make things all better in the world of Mason. We had to bribe him with a lollipop, and only then could we get a picture of him not crying. I would have been perfectly happy with a shot of just Maddie and a crying Mason, but Santa didn't seem to want a picture with Mason freaking out.
