Let it Snow, let it snow, let it snow~

It has been a crazy couple of days.

A weeks worth of frigid temps coupled with rain led to early release for the kids on Thursday and school being cancelled on Friday.

Thursday was a bit hectic because we woke up to find my car battery was completely dead. Peter had a mid morning meeting to be at and both kids were scheduled for early release at the same time. I was a bit panicked, but Peter ran and bought a new battery for my car and installed it with just minutes to spare before he had to leave for his meetings. And he did it dressed in full business getup. My hero!

The snow began to fall Thursday afternoon and the kids were in heaven.

Then in the early evening we did a little sledding.

Today was bitterly cold. We were only able to spend a few minutes outside, but I think it was enough to satisfy our kiddos.
