What Maddie doesn't understand is that one day, Mason will be bigger than her and she will become his personal punching bag. It is so fun to watch them play. They really do love each other!
We also spent the entire weekend celebrating birthdays. On Saturday evening we helped Amy celebrate "the end of her life," aka 30th birthday. Big fun! Everybody was ensuring Amy that her life wasn't over. That it was, in fact, just the beginning. Not me though. Since I have yet to reach the end of my life as I know it, I simply sat there and said . . . . na na na na boo boo . . .
On Sunday we celebrated Leah, Paolo, and Granddaddy's birthdays. Again, big fun! Here are some pics from the evening:
