Weekend fun

We've had another fun and busy weekend at the Sanford house!

Maddie had her first soccer practice on Saturday morning. Luckily her team shirt ended up being black so it totally matches her pink gear (very important to look good out on the field). Her first game is next weekend, and we can't wait!

After soccer, we headed over to the McCord house to cheer on the Dawgs!

Hanky's friend, Austin, and his Mom and Dad came over to cheer the Dawgs on too! Hanky better watch out because Austen was moving in on his girl . . .

What? Where are you going?

The back story is that we were all inside and the kids were playing in the backyard. All of sudden we see Austin sit down on the bench . . . Maddie scoots over . . . Austin puts his arm around her . . . Maddie gets up . . . and Austin's all, what, where are you going?

I thought I had at least 10 more years until I had to worry about this stuff!

It was a little dark too dark, but totally worth watching!

So, Dad of the year award officially goes to Peter. As I am posting this he is playing Barbies with Maddie (silly voices and all). Seriously.

Tomorrow we have a birthday party, a visit to meet the newest Gleason, and dinner with Nana and G-daddy! More pics to come!
