Sadly, our vacation is over and we are on our way home. We're about 4 hours into our 8 hour trip home. Road tripping is not my favorite way to travel, especially with two kids. Maddie seems to have to go potty every half hour and Mason, well, he's like me and just doesn't care to be in a car for that long! It usually makes for a VERY long trip.
This vacation was really nice and very much needed. We had our bumps along the way (our friends getting food poisoning, etc.), but we all survived!
Yesterday we went to Animal Kingdom, which was a first for all of us. We pretty much did everything there, except for the Everest roller coaster. Frankly, I totally chickened out. You'll understand when you see the picture of it! I think one of the coolest parts of the park is the Safari, which reminded me of our trip to Tanzania. Incredibly realistic and super cool. They also have several walking trails showing animals native to certain regions around the world. We all really enjoyed it. We definitely got our exercise!

Since I rode Dumbo with Maddie, Peter got to ride the
Dino ride with her. Same ride, different parks.
