Renovations comlete . . . almost!

The renovations are nearly complete, but at the requests of loyal fans (aka: my mom), I am posting pictures of the nearly finished product(s). So, let's check out the before and after pics, shall we?

The bathroom

Yes, it's a little vague and during demolition, but you can see from this picture how
awful it was!

The Deck

So, the deck . . . it's rickety (which you can't see in the pic), and has incredibly dangerous and ugly stairs, and not big enough to be truly useful

We couldn't be more pleased with the way it is all turning out. The bathroom is FABULOUS. I just need Peter to frame in the mirror, add quarter round to the baseboards, then touch up trim and walls, and complete!

The deck is just a few days from being complete as well. We just have to put up our storm door (on order) and then do our walk through and we'll be done. And guess what?! It won't be BYOC (bring your own chair) after all! Thankfully Home Depot had furniture we liked on sale and we were able to complete our deck furnishings! Peter is going to build a new stand for the Big Green Egg, but that's about it required from us on our end!
