This weekend was really just an opportunity for Maddie to play with some of her favorite friends. I have to admit though, this party wore me out more than the last. All in all it was easier, but man, children in general are just plain exhausting! Here's a recap: We had the McCords, Davisons, Gleasons (minus Joe), Keys, and some neighbor kids. We had up to 10 kids, which doesn't seem like a lot, but sure feels like a lot when they're exploring every crevis of your house and dashing into the street as soon as you turn your back. We eventually decided to lock the kids within the confines of our backyard and that seemed to do the trick. Here are some of the highlights from the evening:
